This coil has gotten rave reviews since the first day it was introduced in the United States. Like the standard 14" elliptical monoloop (solid), this coil is ideally suited for use in areas of heavy brush and boulders. Its slender shape allows it to "jabbed" beneath rocks and up under bushes and cactus where many nuggets have been missed. The heightened sensitivity around the rim of the coil allows for quick and easy pinpointing of targets when turned on edge. What sets it apart from our standard 14EM coil is its spoked design. The coil has been hollowed out to dramatically reduce the weight, which means you will be able to detect longer with less arm fatigue. The newly designed skid plates are custom molded to fit the support struts of the coil and offer maximum protection. The coil has also been widened slightly (approximately 1"), which has been proven to offer a slight depth advantage when chasing deeper nuggets. Whether you spend most of your time hunting the hillsides for new patches, or down in the gullies below, the new 14EMS is an excellent tool for getting that added edge out on the goldfields!
