Lasseter's Leads

Direct from the heart of the Golden Triangle in Australia comes Lasseter's Leads! These power cables (or leads) are hand made in Bendigo, Victoria by a gold prospector with 23 years experience who got tired of leads breaking down in the field and decided to build his own.

Lasseter's Leads are end-strengthened with a thick, industrial strength heat shrink. Any sudden pulls on the lead are absorbed by the heat shrink which covers the plug as well as the end section of cable. Each solder joint is individually tested and heat shrink is used inside the plug as well for insulation and extra strength. Lasseter's Leads can handle around 10 times the current used by Minelab detectors and the headphone wires in the lead are nearly TWICE as thick as those in a standard lead. Approximately 30 minutes is spent making each lead, they are built to last! Suitable for use with the following Minelab metal detectors: GPX-4000, GP3500, GP3000, GP Extreme, SD2200 (D, E, & V2), SD2100 (E & V2), SD2000.
